The rules for using playeuchre.games, including accounts, the Host Pass, refunds and acceptable behavior at the table.

By using playeuchre.games you agree to these terms. The site is operated by PK Digital Marketing LLC (Fenton, Michigan, USA).

The service

playeuchre.games lets you play euchre in a web browser with other people and with computer opponents, with optional live audio and video at the table. It is a game for entertainment. There is no wagering, no real money play, no purchasable chips with cash value and no prize of monetary value.

Accounts

An account is optional and is only needed for live video or to buy a Host Pass. You are responsible for keeping access to the email address on the account. Accounts are for individuals, not for sharing.

Behavior at the table

Tables are private to whoever has the link, but the link is all it takes. Do not use the chat or the video to harass, threaten, or abuse anyone, share illegal content, or record other players without their agreement. We can remove an account or block access for any of the above.

Because a table link can be forwarded, treat it the way you would treat any link: send it only to people you want at your table.

The Host Pass

The Host Pass is an annual subscription that enables live video at tables you host. One pass covers everyone sitting at that table. Payment is processed by Stripe and is subject to Stripe's terms.

Renewal. The pass renews annually until you cancel. Cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid term.

Refunds. If the pass is not what you expected, ask within 14 days of purchase and it will be refunded. After that, refunds are handled case by case.

Price changes. Prices can change. A change never affects a term you have already paid for, and you will be told before a renewal at a new price.

Availability

The site is provided as it is. It runs on third party infrastructure and can go down, lose a table, or change. Games in progress are not guaranteed to be preserved. Nothing here is promised to be uninterrupted or error free.

Video and audio

Live video is provided through Daily.co. Calls are not recorded by us. Anyone at your table can see and hear anyone else with their camera or microphone on, and you can turn either off at any time.

Intellectual property

Euchre itself is a public game and its rules belong to nobody. The site, its name, its design, its artwork and its code are owned by PK Digital Marketing LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, PK Digital Marketing LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA.

Changes

These terms will be updated as the site changes, and the date at the top will change with it.
